Security
Every vote is protected by CSRF tokens, bcrypt password hashing, and server-side validation. No vote can be tampered with.
Transparency
Results are computed in real time and published immediately after each election closes. Nothing is hidden.
Accessibility
The platform works on any device -- phone, tablet, or computer -- so every student can vote from anywhere on campus.
Integrity
One vote per student per election, enforced at both the application and database level. Duplicate votes are impossible.

Election statuses update automatically. Results appear live as votes are cast, with no manual intervention required.

Every significant action -- login, vote, admin change -- is logged with a timestamp and IP address for full audit trail.
